Thank you

Thank you for taking part in our ADHD research and being part of #TeamNCMH.

Without people generously giving their time to share their experiences, we wouldn’t be able to do the important work we are doing to improve our understanding of ADHD.

The questions may have covered some difficult topics and we understand that they can sometimes bring up difficult memories or feelings such sadness or anger.

The information below may be helpful if you feel the need for additional support.

Thank you once again for taking part in the research, your contribution is invaluable.

Let’s talk about ADHD

We developed an animation about what it’s like to have ADHD. We worked with children with ADHD and their grown-ups, as well as health professionals and researchers.

Do you have any other suggestions on what other resources, like our ADHD animation, should be developed? Email us at: info@ncmh.info

Stay in touch

We would love to stay in touch and ultimately build a community of engaged individuals across Wales and beyond to fly the flag for mental health research and help us challenge stigma and misunderstanding. There are a variety of ways you can help us do this, including:

Hafal Clic

Clic provides people in Wales with a mental illness and their carers with a safe and secure place online to support each other, share experiences and build new relationships. The site also signposts to useful information, contacts, resources and local services. Visit hafal.org/clic/ to sign up.
